The implemented product includes system registry, telemetry, deterministic incident opening and correlation, stored evidence, templated explanations, seeded SAP Notes and SOP citations, and human approval of advisory proposals. The public Interactive Demo uses fictional systems and makes no AI calls. Optional AI investigation is disabled by default. Account creation, real-environment access, trials, and payments are not available yet.
Security architecture
Customer-side by design
SAP credentials stay on the customer host. The connector sends bounded operational data outbound over HTTPS. Read-oriented collection is the default, and live remediation is disabled unless explicitly enabled.
A read-only technical user is an operational requirement; application checks do not replace SAP authorization.
