Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy covers the public marketing site, including the homepage, interactive demo, pricing, resources, and the demo and trial request forms. It does not describe a future authenticated product, and it does not claim SAP affiliation, sponsorship, certification, or endorsement.

Information we collect through marketing forms

When you submit a demo or trial request, we may store the information you provide: email address, name, company, and an optional message. We also store the form source, your consent, the time of consent, and the time the request was created. We may store an internal processing status for the request. If present on the page URL, we may store marketing attribution values such as utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign.

Public marketing forms do not ask for SAP credentials, passwords, or SAP system telemetry. You do not need to submit SAP landscape data to use this website or the fictional interactive demo.

Why we collect it

We use submitted contact information to:

• respond to demo and trial requests
• communicate with people who asked to hear from us
• understand which marketing pages and campaigns lead to those requests
• improve the website and the public demo experience

Analytics and similar technologies

The marketing site uses Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Vercel Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights to understand traffic, performance, and website behavior. These services may set cookies or similar identifiers and may collect device, browser, and usage information. We do not use them to identify you by name or email, and we do not send marketing-form fields to those analytics products as contact records.

How we store marketing leads

Form submissions are accepted on our servers and stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database. The browser does not write directly to that database. There is no public list of leads on this website.

How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect submitted information, including restricting lead inserts to a server-side process and keeping database credentials off the public website. This is not a claim of a specific certification, encryption standard, or compliance framework.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not collect SAP passwords or RFC credentials through these public forms. The fictional Interactive Demo does not connect to your SAP systems.

Service providers

Information may be processed by the providers we use to operate this site: Vercel for hosting, analytics, and performance measurement; Google for Analytics 4; Microsoft for Clarity; and Supabase for PostgreSQL storage of marketing leads. Those providers process information according to their own terms and in the regions where they operate.

Retention

We do not currently publish a fixed retention period. We keep submitted contact information as long as needed to respond to the request and operate the marketing site, then delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

Access, correction, and deletion

You may ask us for access to the contact information you submitted, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact method below and include the email address you used on the form.

A public privacy contact email is not published yet. When one is configured for this site, it will appear here. Until then, use the Book a demo form and mention that your message is a privacy request.

Changes

We may update this page when the marketing site’s collection or processing changes. The effective date above will change when we do.
